She is survived by: her husband James Mullins of Frankfort; her daughters, Sandra Mullins (Bill Carter) of Frankfort and Mary Mullins of Nicholasville; her brother Henry Collier of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Jake Patrick of Lexington, Michelle Puckett (Jeremy) of Lancaster and Tara Carter of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
