He is survived by: his parents, Regina Swinford and Bill Swinford (Frankfort); his siblings, Ethan and Anika; and his pet Alley. He is also survived by loving extended family; and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cynthiana Presbyterian Church (103 N Main St, Cynthiana, KY 41031).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to Donate Life Kentucky Trust, an organization dedicated to organ donation.
