He is survived by: his wife Marla Ballinger Baker; his children, Jillian Nicole Baker, Brittany Dale Baker and Jonathan Allen Baker; and his siblings, Diane Baker Roush (Dennis) and Donald Reed Baker (Elly). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
