He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carlos Hall, Clinis Hall, Judith Martin and Annette Campbell. He is survived by: the mother of his children Alice Hall Smith of Georgetown; his children, Jimmy Hall (Shelly) of Frankfort, Tina Potter (Steven) of Georgetown, Timothy Hall of Frankfort, Randall Hall (Shannon) of Frankfort, Carolyn Wilson (Jason Knochelman) of Georgetown and Harlas "Bay" Hall, Jr. of Drift, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Byron Hall (Courtney Chaffins), Whitney Akers (Bradley), Taylor Wilson, Jacob Wilson, Gage Potter, Brooke Cunningham (Will) and Randon Hall; his great grandchildren, Charleston Rhae Akers and Leigha Jade Hall; his siblings, Lonnie Hall of Floyd County, Johnny Hall of Floyd County, Billy Hall of Floyd County, Levi Hall of Floyd County, Lyndon Hall of Floyd County, Myrtle Burke of Floyd County, Emma Campbell of Jackson, Debbie Hall of Floyd County, Kentucky, Edie Judd of Floyd County, Kentucky and Melody Jervis of Floyd County, Kentucky; and his daughter-in-law Janie Wright Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
