He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Goins, Sr. and Rebecca Sue Goins; and his sister Bette Dudley Goins. He is survived by : his wife Mary Goins; his children, Lauri Wood Espinosa and Adam Scott Goins; and his sister Ann Louise Goins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
