We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2018, at the age of 86, Irene Cox Tandy (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Illa Stinnett, Lillian Duncan and Allen Cox; and her grandson Kelly Armstrong. She is survived by: her sons, James Tandy (Sarah) and Roy Tandy (Billie); her brother Bill Cox (Pauline); and her grandchildren, Katie Renee Tandy, Lorie Davis and John Armstrong. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
