She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion Ferguson and Nola Mae Jayne Bradley; her son Ernest "Ernie" Lee May; her grandson Brad Lyle Murphy; and her siblings, Marie Franklin, Thelma Smith, Diana Smith and Bobby Bradley.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Juett (Chris) and Jack May; her brother Jimmie Smith; her grandchildren, Kayla Leann May, Stacy Lynn Murphy, Jason Lee Murphy and Kimberly Lane Fannin; and her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Olivia, Austin, Lucas, Sadie and Dylan.
