It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Crutcher (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Crutcher to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul H. Crutcher, Jr. and Martha Bell Vowels Crutcher. He is survived by : his daughter Brittany Ann Crutcher; and his siblings, Mark V. Crutcher (Cindy) and Ann Crutcher Roe (Donald Guier). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
