He is survived by: his spouse Carla Mae Griesser Cook; his children, Lori Morgan (Dirk), Murray Pacyga, Amy Pacyga (John) and Dwayne Cook (Marsha) of Frankfort; his siblings, Martha Brown (Kay) and Jerry Cook (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Bryan (Rachel), Shelby, Jonah Morgan, Jacob, Rebecca, Jonathan Cook, Benjamin Pacyga and Rachel Pacyga; his great grandchild Cason Morgan; and also, Elizabethtown and Nashville.
