Maurice Glen Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2021, at the age of 84, Maurice Glen Smith (Frankfort, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie P Smith and Anna Smith; his brother Rueben Eugene Smith; his nephew Michael David Cunningham; his son-in-law Michael Paul Burke; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Douglas Barnett and Albert Douglas Sanderson.

He is survived by: his grandson Maurice Timothy; his wife Martha Ellen Sanderson Smith; his children, Jeffrey Wayne Smith (Sandy), Rebecca Ellen Smith Burke and Maurice Timothy "Tim" Smith (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Leslie "Wayne" Clay Smith (John Price), Rachel Elizabeth Ellen Bowman, Nicholas Cody Holloway (Erika), Daniel Thomas Holloway, Allison Leslie Smith Mueller (Christopher), Katlyn Jo Smith Aeh (Nathan), Marissa Nicole Miller (Dale Goins), Jameson Cade Miller (Ashley Scott) and Matthew Timothy Smith (Audrey Brown); his great grandchildren, Theodore "Teddy" Mueller, Hailey Madison Goins, Damon Caleb Goins, Sylvia Maeve Hope Goins, Ansley Kate Bowman, Victoria Rose Mueller, Palmer Reese Holloway and Esme Soleil Goins; his sister Janice Lee Smith Cunningham (David); and also, Doug Sanderson and Wes Noss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.
