He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. "Bob" Holt and Barbara Ann Proctor Holt; and his brother Pernell James Holt. He is survived by : his sons, Travis E. Holt (Ashley) of Lawrenceburg and Zackery E. Holt of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Brittley, Avery, Trevor and Adalyn; his sister Debbie Riley (Walter) of Lawrenceburg; and his close friend Jeannie Jaynes of Frankfort.
