He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Church Penn and Carroll Quincy Cleveland Penn; and his brother Lee Carroll Penn. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Marie Anderson Penn; and his brother Jesse Church Penn, Jr. (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
