He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther R. Cary and Bonnie Nell Cary (Morgan); and his siblings, Carl Cary, Morgan Cary, Fat Cary and Laura Cary James.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jo Cary (Graham); his daughter Allyson Rushin (Cody) of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon Boyer (Cheyenne), Hannah Nichols and Arya Rushin; his sister Nancy Baker (Curt) of Dunnellon, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Corder (Larry), Linda Massey (Rick), Susan Schmetling, Chris Vaccaro, Scott Cary (Sue), Jim Baker, Curt Baker, Jr. (Mariam), Mike Cary, David Cary and Derrick Smith.
