It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Jones of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jones and Lucy Davidson Jones; and his siblings, Lawrence Jones, Jr., Clarence Edward Jones and Mary Agnes Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Nancye Jones; his daughter Jana Benningfield (Randy) of Bowling Green, KY; his grandson Max Benningfield of Bowling Green, KY; his stepgrandson Brad Benningfield (Ashley) of Spring Hill, TN; his stepgreat-grandson Cole Benningfield of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Helen South of Pensacola, FL, Eleanor Caudill of Nashville, TN, Jean Thomas (Walter) of Bowling Green, KY, Jane Forshee (Jackie) of Franklin, KY and Jerry (Donna) of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
