She was predeceased by: her father Robert Haskell "R. H."; her son Tim Appling; and her sisters, Francis and Louise Cassetty. She is survived by: her children, Aleta Diane Appling of Steamboat Springs, CO, Gary Appling (Lynda) of Fultz, IL, Jean Schrader of Madison, AL and Teresa Hughes (Charlie) of Auburn, KY; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Connor, Sherry, Brandy, Dustin, Garrett and Kristen. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
