He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Garman Garrett of Goodlettsville; his children, Angela Lane (Tommy Moore) of Goodlettsville, Janet Raymer (Pamela) of Goodlettsville and Paul Garrett of Goodlettsville; his sister Vickie Merideth of Morgantown, KY; and his grandchildren, James Andrew Garrett, Joshua Lee Garrett, Jeremy Alan Jones, Justin Allen Thomas, Christian Tyler Garrett, James Jessie, Michael Jessie, Victoria Jessie and Amy Marie Bell. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
