He is survived by: his wife Debbie Moore; the mother of his children Stacia Munday; his children, Jason Munday (Cassie), Coti Wolfe (AJ), Amanda Barry, Crystal Cornett (Brock) and Courtni Munday; and his sister-in-law Linda Munday. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
