She is survived by: her daughter Tina Johnson Hutcherson of Franklin, KY; her stepdaughters, Janet Brewer of Fort Thomas, KY and Leah Davis (Eric) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Timothy S. Bogle Alex F. (Katelin), Bogle, Zachary Forshee, Cassandra Stinson (Luke) and Kristen Whittimore (Matt); her siblings, Phyllis Rogers (Billy) of Franklin, KY and Wayne Saylors (Kathy) of Allen Co; and her caregiver Debbie Hall. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
