It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Seth Hazen of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hazen and Elenore Gomo Hazen. He is survived by: his children, Erin Hazen Wheeler of Franklin, KY and Joshua Thomas Ferrell of Murfreesboro, TN; his stepson Jody Brown of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Blayne Wheeler, Sean Wheeler, Mason Wheeler and Liam Wheeler; and his siblings, Scott Hazen of Port Orange, FL and Mary Beth Hazen Sigala of Port Orange, FL. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
