He is survived by: his mother Deloris Siske Gregory; his wife Erica Conroy Gregory of Franklin; his children, Timothy Gregory, Jr. (Alexis) of Bowling Green, Haley Gregory (Paige) of Bowling Green, Hunter Gregory of Franklin, Elizbeth Gregory of Franklin, Addison Gregory of Franklin, Morgan Gregory of Franklin and Austin Gregory of Franklin; and his siblings, Billy Alan Gregory (Serena) of Lubbock, Texas, Lori Clardy of Russellville and Lisa Gregory of Franklin.
