He is survived by: his wife Iva Petty of Franklin; his children, Chris Eaton of Franklin, Jennifer Sanford (Timmy) of Greenbrier, TN, Jeff Petty (Haley) of Franklin, Timothy Petty Jr. of Grand Rapids, MI., Jessica Gehret (Jason) of Franklin and Victoria White (Lucas) of Springfield, TN; and his siblings, Ted Martin of Wylie, Jimmy Martin of Alvaton, KY, Leonard Petty of Franklin and Ilene Buchanan of Salem, Indiana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
