He was predeceased by : his father Lowell L. McDonald. He is survived by : his mother Doris Angela Mausbach Wagner; his wife Julie Ann Fread McDonald; his son Michael J. McDonald (Hanna); and his siblings, Tonya Patterson (T. K.), Garry McDonald, Peter McDonald of California, Estill Co, Jimmy McDonald of California and Bobby McDonald of Alabama.
