He was predeceased by : his parents, William Stansbury and Mattie Stansbury; and his siblings, Richard Oscar "Buddy" Fields and Darnell McCubbins. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Stansbury; his children, Joshua Stansbury (Suzette) of Lawrenceburg and Jama Stansbury (Andrew Adams) of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Donald Stansbury of Shepherdsville, Betty Louvennia of Shepherdsville and C. L. McCubbins of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Sophia Rain Adams, Matthew Cole Stansbury and Makenzie Raine Stansbury. He is also survived by family members and friends.
