He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Daulton Ballard; his daughters, Olivia Ann Ballard, Divinity Jo and Trinity Jade of Menifee County; his parents, Walter "Smiley" Ballard and Pamela Ballard; his brothers, Michael Ballard (Kiara) of Menifee County, Zane Ballard of Menifee County, Lyrik Ballard of Menifee County, Noah Ballard of Menifee County and Liam Ballard of Menifee County; his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Kathy Daulton; his brothers-in-law, Chris Daulton and John Daulton (Kyndall); and his siblings' children, Taylor Helton (Scotty), Morgan Daulton, Izzy Ballard, Ollie Helton, Maverik Daulton and Dezmond Daulton.
