It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Ballard of Frenchburg, Kentucky, born in Means, Kentucky, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Tamara; her grandson Brandon (Brittany Lawson); her great grandchildren, Braxton Lawson and Brinklee Lawson; and her sister Judy.
