He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Whitt and Lula Mae Karnes; and his siblings, Farren, Danny and David Whitt.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Whitt; and his children, Eddie Whitt and Pam Gobcio of Magadore, OH.. He is also survived by three grandsons, one great-granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
