He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milner and Nora McClain Milner; his former wife Barbara Milner; and his sisters, Violet Connell, Bea Larkin and Oleta Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lucia Milner; his children, Sandy Sublette (David) of Fulton, KY, Philip Milner (Linley) of Greenwood, MS and Mark Milner (Susie) of Shreveport, LA; his stepsons, Jeffrey Childers (Dawn) of Brooksville, FL and Jason Childers (Jamie) of Iowa City, IA; and his siblings, Billy Milner (Evelyn) of South Fulton, TN, Tommy Milner (Jacque) of Amory, MS, Lois Elliott of Fancy Farm, KY and Doris Diehl of Mayfield, KY.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Riceville Baptist Church, 300 Richard Ave., Fulton, KY.
