He is survived by: his parents, Caelleyon Treyvon Kelsey of Fulton, KY. and Toni Desarae Madding of Fulton, KY.; his grandparents, Melissa Kelsey of Union City, TN, Kevin Irvan of Union City, TN, Jason Madding (April) of Fulton, KY, Miranda Choate of South Fulton, TN, Pamela McCrite of Fulton, KY and Fred McCrite of Paducah, KY; and his half-sisters, Kaidence Foy of Sedalia, KY and Kayleigh Madding of Fulton, KY. He is also survived by five uncles and three aunts.
