She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas and Margaret Haggard Hay; and her brothers, Carl Hay, Eugene Hay and Billy Hay.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Holland (Jerry), Judy Congleton (Tom), Wheeler Haggard Hay and Edward Thomas Hay, Jr. She is also survived by numerous foster children, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
