He is survived by: his children, Dio Parks (Allison), Alvaro Parks (Cassandra) and JoAnne Parks (Ann); his niece Lucy Parks; his grandchildren, Cody Parks, Austin Parks, Max Parks, Haley Parks, Olivia Parks and Alexzander Parks; his siblings, Cindy Weller, Linda Sue Sparling, Arthur "Archie" Parks, Andy Parks and Michael Parks; the mother of his children Daisy Mendoza; and his friends, Marvin and Judy Bloss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
