He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joe and Patricia Conatser; and his sister Wanda Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Stella Bishop Conatser; his children, Billy Joe Conatser, Jr. of Georgetown and Lori Deitz (Ritchie) of Stamping Ground; his grandchildren, Tylor Utter of Corinth, Kayla Richards of Stamping Ground and Jacob Richards of Stamping Ground; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Joann Bishop of Georgetown, Kentucky; his brothers-in-law, Mike Edwards, John Bishop, Ray Bishop and Matt Bishop; his nephews, Mikey Edwards and Jessie Cooley; and his brother Donnie Sayler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
