He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gayla Robey Russell; his parents, Kenneth Dillard and Katherine Purvis Russell; his children, Matthew Bradley Russell and Elizabeth Morgan (Brandon) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Allison Russell, Evan Russell, Mila Morgan and Ethan Morgan; his brother David Arthur Russell (Laura Nelson) of Lexington, Kentucky; his mother-in-law Dolores "DoDo" Robey of Stamping Ground, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Peggy Burke (Ron) of Louisville, Kentucky..
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
