It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Fern Swanigan of Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Whisman and Jency Kegley Whisman. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Swanigan; her daughter-in-law Shannon Swanigan of Georgetown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Drew Swanigan of Georgetown, Kentucky, Sara Swanigan of Georgetown, Kentucky and Kayden Swanigan of Georgetown, Kentucky; her brother Cedger Whisman of Grayson, Kentucky.; and her great-nephew Glenn David Creech.
