It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Duff (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Duff; her parents, Sylvester Phillips and Pauline Phillips (Jenkins); and her brother Thomas "Tommy" Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Michael E. Schornick Jr. (Tonya) and David Wayne Schornick (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Michael E. Schornick III, Morgan R. Schornick (Tyler Sargent) and Michael D. Graves; her great grandchildren, Benson Sargent and Sophia Sargent; and her siblings, Debbie Chaudoin (Don), Teresa Canary (Butch), Sylvester Phillips (Diane) and Tim Phillips (Carolyn).
