He was predeceased by: his father Michael Lynn Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Grabill of Ohio; his children, Tyler Mitchell (Candice) of Richmond and Kendall Smith (Rodney) of Brodhead, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Colton Smith, Levi Smith, Tucker Smith and Bryson Mitchell; his stepgranddaughter Lylah Spurlock; his brother Brian Mitchell (Tara); his niece Abbigail Mitchell; and his nephew Nathan Mitchell (Judy Sharp) of Ohio.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
