He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Southworth and Edith Moody Southworth. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Welch Southworth; his daughter Kimberly Kay Baker (Mike); his grandchildren, Jordan Gaines Drake (Jack), Evan Ruel and Payton Grace Baker; his daughter Julie Christi Melrose (Craig); his grandchildren, Hunter Winston, Marley Gerea and Avery Noelle Melrose; his daughter Angela Lee Passamonte (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Alexandra Marie Bond (Brandon), Mason Kyle and Samuel Marcus Passamonte; his son Chad William Southworth (Denise); his grandchildren, Christian William Southworth, Alezondra Rachiel Knight and Isaiah Joseph Taylor; and his sisters, Mary Jo Smith of Georgetown and Cynthia Karen Marshall (Jay) of Georgetown. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and a lifetime of friends.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 60% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
