He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Watkins Ross of Georgetown and Clarence Boyd Ross, Jr.; his children, Ben Ross and Sarah Ross; his stepchildren, Deanna Carlucci and Dominick Carlucci; his sister Kathy Ross; his half-brother Christopher Ross; and his brother John Thomas Ross.
