She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Sam" and Georgia Ruth Stewart; her daughter Joanna Alexander; and her brothers, Kevin Stewart and Larry Stewart.

She is survived by: her grandson Kevin Alexander of Stamping Ground, KY; her sister Dianna Stewart; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Alexander and Trevor Palmer.
