With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Wise (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on August 19, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Wise and Eula Shelton Wise; his brothers, Philip Wise and Gary Wise; and his grandson Shawn Michael Wise.
He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Michael Wise; his children, Michael Wise (Donna) of Naples and Michele Wise Ray (Willie) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Brian Wise of Stamping Ground, Teri Wise of Georgetown and Reilly Ray of Georgetown; his great grandchildren, Trayce Washington, Skylar Washington and Shawn Allen Washington; his siblings, Calvin Wise (Dora) of Harrodsburg, James Wise of Lexington, Eugene Wise of Lawrenceburg, Douglas Wise (Carrie) of Simpsonville, Ora Lee Carr of Union and Linda Stanley (Owen) of Nicholasville; and his aunts, Florence Green and Donna Boehm. He is also survived by nephews, fourteen nieces and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
