It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Leon Parker (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Sally Kitchen; his grandchildren, Samantha Blair and Parker Blair; and his brother-in-law Oliver Carroll. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Jones Parker; his daughters, Melanie Wise (Randy) of Taylorsville and Jennifer Parker of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Carrie Riggs (Kyle) of Georgetown and Drew Wise (Abby) of Taylorsville; his great grandchildren, Amelia Riggs and Joanna Riggs; his siblings, Bob Parker (Mary Ruth) of Georgetown, George Parker (Nellie) of Georgetown, Faye Marshall (Harold) of Georgetown, Molly Carroll of Sadieville and Judy Thompson (Bill) of Shepherdsville; and his brother-in-law John Kitchen of Georgetown.
