He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarance Olen and Josie Davis Washburn; his daughter Jodie Dawn Washburn; and his siblings, Harold Washburn, Jack Washburn, Barbara Fels, Bonnie Burnett and Ruby Ann Downing.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hacker Washburn; and his sister Karen Burton (Bob).
