He was predeceased by: his parent Durward Fields; and his son-in-law Ralph Phillips. He is survived by: his parent Leona Fields (Adams); his spouse Evelyn Louise Fields (Hausberger); his daughters, Deborah Jones (David) and Susan B. Phillips-Reaves (Steve); his grandchildren, Christopher Jones (Brittany) and Leslie Waddelow (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Amelia Waddelow, Emma Waddelow, Kade Jones, Creighton Jones and Anneliese Jones.
