He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Green and Carrie Hall Wallace Green; his brother Bobby Green; his aunt Mary Alice Green; his parents-in-law, George and Edith Ellis; his sister-in-law Sue Ellis; and his nephew Barry Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Fay Ellis Green; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Tom Hunley; his great grandchild Landon Matthew Hafley; his sister Jayne Wood (Larry); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Green and Janie Lewis; his sibling's children, Bobbi Cain, Sara Wood, Jody Gaines, Brad Green, Jeremy Wood, Gary Smith, Terry Lewis, Bill Lewis and John Lewis; and his brother-in-law Larry Wood.
