She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Carey Ward; and her parents, Harold Roberts and Clara Knight Roberts. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Marshall (Nancy), Paul Taylor Marshall and Ellie Marshall Rhea (Ron); her brother John S. Roberts; her grandchildren, Michael Edwin Marshall, Matthew Marshall, Carrie Patterson, Daniel Pribble and Emily Gordon; and her great grandchildren, Lukas Paul Marshall, Sophia Jane Marshall, Wyatt Holbrook, Allie Holbrook, Rylei Morgan and Rhett Gordon.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 1317 US HWY 62E, Cynthiana, KY 41031.
