He is survived by: his spouse Robin Wise Barker; his mother Gloria Ann Webb Maddox of Lawrenceburg; his children, Kimberly Dye (Ramon) of Winchester, Joshua Barker of Georgetown, Kentucky and Amber Jackson (David) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Mekhi Dye, Mykah Dye, Aaliyah Dye, Adonis Dye, Dominick Elam, Jocalyn Barker, Landon Barker, Shyann Jackson and David Jackson, Jr.; his siblings, Denzil Fannin (Theresa) of Anderson County, Harry Maddox of Anderson County, Rex Davis of Georgetown, Debra Christopherson, Judy Ann Carter (James), Star Cummins of Lawrenceburg and Leah Barker; and his uncle Matthew Palmatier, Jr. (Christina) of Cynthiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
