He was predeceased by: his brother Elijah Lee Osborn-Smith; and his great-grandparent Robert Fugate, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Megann Osborn and Scot Smith; his grandparents, Kevin, Melisa Osborn, Willard of Georgetown and Kady Smith of Georgetown; his aunt Emily Smith; and his uncles, Jesse Smith and Tyler McKinney. He is also survived by great grandparents, numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
