With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Smith (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Sadieville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Smith and Eugenia Smith (Sanford); and his brothers, Roy Sanford Smith, William Ray Smith and Mark Douglas Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Thomas Smith Jr. (Nelda) and Allen Kenney Smith; his grandchildren, Caroline Elizabeth Smith, Jessica Emily Smith, Shane Goforth, Hunter Lucas Smith (Alyssa B.), Alexander Colton Smith and Isabella Corinne Smith; his great grandchildren, Josephine Ray Smith and Lila Jane Smith; and his brother Everett Dean Smith (Kathy).
