He was predeceased by: his father Miguel Lazarin. He is survived by: his mother Jennie Lazarin of Bellflower, CA; his siblings, Michael Lazarin (Tina) of Buena Park, CA, Cathy Lazarin (Angela Brown) and Annette Lazarin of Bellflower, CA; and his siblings' children, Michael, Jonathon, Breanna, Isabel, Jaiden, Lincoln and Jaxon Lazarin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hope Center, 360 W. Loudon Ave, Lexington, KY 40508.
