We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2019, at the age of 65, Garnett Rains (Georgetown, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph "Randy" and Ellen Rains (Stibolt); his son Gunnar W. R. Rains; and his brothers, Richard Randolph Rains and John Carl Rains.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Skylar Rains; and his brother Peter Rains (Amanda). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and dear friends.
