She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Hugh Carr; her parents, Robert Cummins and Lillie Pribble Cummins; her daughter Betsy Gay Wallace; her siblings, Mattie Allison and John D. Cummins; and her great grandchild Houston Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Humphrey (Jim "J. W.") of Georgetown and Vicki Greenup (Randy) of Lexington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kim Humphrey, Troy Humphrey, Travis Wallace (Kim), Shanon Fleckenstein (Scott), Tracie Tackett (Mark) and Nathan Greenup; and her sister-in-law Jean Kenley of Georgetown, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
